Job Summary

Leading product discovery and delivery for emergency response solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager will shape product direction, manage the product roadmap, and collaborate with Engineering and Product Design to enhance user-centered software experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and shape product direction for emergency response and incident management solutions
• Lead product discovery by synthesizing customer feedback and data to identify high-impact opportunities
• Drive product decisions using insights from customers, operational data, and market analysis

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of Product Management experience focused on building and scaling software products
• Proven track record of managing complex software systems from discovery through delivery
• Familiarity with products integrating software and physical systems
• Experience working closely with Engineering and Product Design teams
• Ability to operate in a high-growth environment with evolving priorities
