Product Manager

Job Summary

Co-leading an empowered product team, the full-time Product Manager will drive continuous discovery and delivery to address critical user and business problems across the DAT platform, including customer sign-up and internal administration tools, while working in a hybrid environment in Denver, Seattle, or remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Understand business and stakeholder needs to create a clear roadmap and prioritized work
• Lead end-to-end feature development from discovery through launch and iteration
• Identify workflow inefficiencies and build internal tooling to enhance customer service capabilities

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience in web application development
• Strong ability to gather requirements and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven experience in roadmap ownership, prioritization, and data-informed decision making
• Effective partnership skills with operational teams to improve customer experience
• Ability to connect day-to-day execution to broader strategic goals
