Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a diverse range of clients in the software services sector, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage client discovery sessions, produce detailed specifications, and oversee project scope and delivery to ensure alignment with client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct structured discovery sessions with clients to define project requirements and validate assumptions
• Create comprehensive business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams
• Manage project scope, prioritize tasks, and address potential risks and blockers throughout the delivery process

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a product or business analyst role within a software services or consulting environment
• Proven ability to produce discovery outputs such as BRDs and user stories
• Comfortable in client-facing roles, including running discovery calls and managing scope discussions
• Strong written English skills suitable for client communication and documentation
• Experience using AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT as part of daily workflows for drafting and research
