Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of analysts, the full-time remote Product Manager (RMIS) will identify customer and market needs, develop a strategic 12-month product roadmap, and collaborate with Engineering to deliver innovative AI-enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Owns the product roadmap and prioritizes features to align with business goals and market needs
• Applies AI-driven techniques throughout the product lifecycle to enhance decision-making and product quality
• Documents requirements and collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in technology, business, liberal arts, science, or engineering
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, including Agile methodologies
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for strategic planning
• Experience overseeing various phases of the product development lifecycle
• Prior Risk Management experience is strongly preferred
