Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development and management of products to support the rater community, the full-time Product Manager will drive product strategy, oversee the product lifecycle, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance project management processes in a technology-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and articulate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platforms serving clients and managing the rater community
• Drive the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, prioritizing product and customer requirements
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, finance, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery and adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a technology or AI-driven company
• Experience with platform products, payment systems, or two-sided marketplaces
• Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Experience working with global and remote teams
