Product Manager

Job Summary

To support impactful data-driven solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product strategy, write user stories, and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to identify and validate product needs, translating them into user stories and functional specifications
• Collaborate with Engineering and other teams to shape the product roadmap and ensure timely delivery of features
• Coordinate product launches and go-to-market readiness with internal stakeholders, serving as the voice of the customer

Required qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment, preferably in public safety or govtech
• Demonstrated data fluency through experience with data products, APIs, or operational data usage
• Experience in a fast-paced startup environment with a hands-on approach to product development
• Proven track record of conducting research, building requirements, and successfully launching products
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and leadership, articulating priorities and requirements clearly
