Job Summary

Working remotely or onsite in Los Angeles, the part-time Contractor Product Manager will manage a roadmap of capabilities to scale innovative workforce education solutions, collaborating with engineering teams on technical initiatives while ensuring alignment with business outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through launch, ensuring timely execution and high-quality delivery
• Define, track, and report on key product metrics, leveraging data analytics to guide decisions and improve user experience
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize feature requests and manage dependencies effectively

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in edtech or HR tech
• Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
• Experience with agile software development practices, including backlog management and roadmap planning
• Proven experience leading technical product initiatives such as platform enhancements and system integrations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex market needs into clear product requirements
