Product Manager

Job Summary

Dynamic and high-energy, the full-time remote Product Manager will identify product opportunities, manage the product lifecycle from discovery to implementation, and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver effective software solutions that support families in accessing reliable care.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and prioritize product requirements to create actionable user stories and functional specifications
• Own and manage the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs
• Leverage data and insights to inform product improvements and new features based on customer needs and behaviors

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; additional 3 years of relevant experience may substitute for a degree
• 3+ years of experience in a Product role or equivalent experience in software delivery or operational environments
• Experience with B2B and/or SaaS-based solutions preferred
• Strong ability to define functional requirements and translate business needs into product solutions
• Experience working with APIs, integrations, or connected systems preferred
