Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the product areas of ChiliCal, Ecosystem, and Handoff, the full-time remote Product Manager will drive product strategy, ownership, and adoption for complex B2B SaaS solutions, utilizing customer insights and market evidence to define product direction and success metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for ChiliCal, Ecosystem, and Handoff, from market evidence to adoption and iteration
• Define target audiences and prioritize product focus amidst emerging requests and opportunities
• Collaborate with Product Design and Product Engineering to create coherent solutions that meet user needs and business goals

Required qualifications

• Senior-level experience managing complex B2B SaaS products with clear ownership of product areas
• Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity while making informed trade-offs
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in product development
• Proven ability to simplify complexity and make data-driven product decisions
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design in fast-paced environments
