Product Manager

Job Summary

To support formulary modernization initiatives, the remote contract Product Manager will build and maintain product backlogs, develop roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product decisions and enhancements.

Key responsibilities

• Build, prioritize, and maintain product backlogs aligned with modernization objectives
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps supporting formulary and clinical automation initiatives
• Gather business requirements and translate them into user stories, ensuring alignment with stakeholder feedback and business priorities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related field
• Experience in healthcare, PBM, pharmacy, clinical, formulary, or utilization management
• Proven ability to build and manage product roadmaps
• Strong Agile experience working with cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Airtable, and Aha
