Job Summary

Leading product execution across TraceGains platform products and capabilities, the full-time remote Product Manager will drive adoption, innovation, and measurable business impact while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product discovery, definition, and delivery, focusing on AI-enabled features and data-driven experiences
• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing based on user value, market opportunity, and technical feasibility
• Drive go-to-market success by developing positioning, launch plans, and adoption programs in collaboration with Product Marketing

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management within B2B/Enterprise markets, preferably in SaaS
• At least 1 year of experience with AI-enabled products and intelligent product capabilities
• Exceptional communication skills to influence and align cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products or major capabilities
