Job Summary

Driving product solutions for the Advanced Repair Technologies portfolio, the full-time remote Product Manager will identify customer needs, define product strategy, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify market opportunities through customer feedback, competitive analysis, and stakeholder collaboration
• Prioritize initiatives and maintain a well-groomed product backlog aligned with business goals
• Coordinate go-to-market plans and monitor product adoption to inform future improvements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
• 4+ years of experience in product management or product ownership within a software or technology organization
• Demonstrated experience working directly with customers to shape product solutions
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering and design
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
