Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Product Manager to join a remote team, responsible for leading product initiatives from concept to launch, engaging with customers to understand their needs, and contributing innovative ideas to product strategy in the fight against financial crime.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and shape key product features, collaborating with UX designers, engineers, and QA specialists
• Engage with customers and internal teams to understand user needs and domain challenges
• Act as an Agile product owner by writing user stories and facilitating team ceremonies to ensure delivery

Required qualifications

• Some product experience, ideally as an Associate PM, Product Analyst, or in a related role within a tech environment
• Familiarity with B2B or SaaS product development and delivery
• Genuine curiosity about AI technology and its applications in solving complex problems
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and build trust within a team
• Exposure to financial services, compliance, or RegTech is a plus, but not required
