Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a significant product surface in one of Works' core products, the full-time remote Product Manager will drive product definition, build customer relationships, and deliver impactful solutions using AI and data analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the expert on product domains, target users, and strategic positioning while collaborating with customers to solve problems
• Identify product risks and opportunities, supporting engineers and product marketing during delivery for smooth implementation
• Foster collaboration with developers and stakeholders, effectively communicating the product vision and strategy across the organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Product Management, Analytics, Strategy, or related field; Master's Degree preferred
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with a proven track record of improving key product KPIs
• Experience in building and deploying B2B software, particularly in workforce solutions and healthcare
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data interpretation and decision-making
• Experience with product discovery techniques and excellent communication skills to convey product vision effectively
