Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning and prioritizing the product backlog, the full-time remote Product Manager will serve as Product Owner for a scrum team, collaborating with engineering, design, and stakeholders to deliver customer-focused software solutions in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, translating customer needs into clear outcomes and features
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define requirements and ensure solutions meet market demands
• Represent the voice of the customer by synthesizing feedback and ensuring delivered solutions provide measurable value

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of experience in Product Management or Product Ownership, particularly in a SaaS environment
• Proven experience in delivering customer-facing software products, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
• Experience working with engineering, design, and QA teams to translate business goals into actionable product requirements
• Hands-on experience with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Figma
