Product Manager

Job Summary

Leading the strategic planning and development of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products, the remote Product Manager will own the product vision and roadmap, manage cross-functional teams, and conduct market research to drive product success.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for multiple product lines within the RCM portfolio
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute product plans from ideation through launch and optimization
• Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the healthcare RCM landscape

Required qualifications

• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years in Revenue Cycle Management or healthcare IT
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple product lines or complex product portfolios
• Proven success in leading cross-functional product development teams from concept to delivery
• Deep understanding of the healthcare revenue cycle, including coding, billing, claims management, and payment processing
