Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning significant product areas, the full-time remote Product Manager will set a clear vision and strategy for products, drive business impact, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver valuable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Drive product strategy and manage the product development process, including creating and prioritizing the product backlog
• Conduct market research and engage with customers to identify needs, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancements
• Collaborate with various departments to translate product requirements into tangible results and ensure alignment on objectives

Required qualifications

• At least seven years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner in a software environment
• Experience in retail, hospitality, or payments technology is desired
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and Agile delivery practices
• Ability to work autonomously and make balanced decisions using customer, business, and technical inputs
• Analytical mindset with demonstrated skills to interpret data and user feedback
