Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Product Manager, the role will develop AI-powered features alongside engineering teams, communicate product strategies, and lead cross-functional initiatives to enhance product performance and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategies for solving complex product challenges
• Lead cross-functional teams through full development cycles, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and validate automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or engineering experience, or 3+ years of product management with an MBA
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enthusiasm for building AI-powered product experiences
• SaaS product experience is required; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Proven understanding of product management methodologies across the full product lifecycle
• Adept at managing multiple priorities while balancing short-term execution with long-term product vision
