Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Product Manager, the successful candidate will develop AI-powered features in collaboration with engineering teams, lead complex initiatives, and drive product strategy while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and communicate strategies for solving complex product challenges
• Lead cross-functional teams through full development cycles, ensuring on-time delivery and high-quality results
• Conduct user research and market analysis to identify customer needs and automation opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management or engineering experience, or 3+ years with an MBA
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and enthusiasm for building AI-powered product experiences
• SaaS product experience required; insurance industry experience is a plus
• Proficient in writing and managing high-quality user stories
• Proven understanding of product management methodologies across the full product lifecycle
