Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end product experience, the full-time Product Manager will define and manage the product roadmap, conduct user research, and collaborate across teams to enhance Zest's member and provider-facing platforms in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize, and manage the product roadmap in collaboration with clinical and engineering teams
• Conduct user research and own product analytics to ground product decisions in real-world needs
• Collaborate with marketing and partnerships to enhance product capabilities that support enrollment and retention

Required qualifications

• 3-6 years of product management experience, preferably in digital health or healthtech
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality products in fast-paced environments
• Strong command of product analytics tools and data-driven decision-making skills
• Experience with user research methodologies and translating insights into actionable product features
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and operate independently in a dynamic setting
