Product Manager

Job Summary

Responsible for executing digital products that drive business transformation, the full-time remote Product Manager II will manage the product lifecycle, define strategic roadmaps, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and frame business challenges by engaging with stakeholders and internal users to ensure product efforts address underlying problems
• Own the product roadmap and translate product strategy into actionable requirements for digital products
• Monitor product performance and establish KPIs to track success and drive product adoption

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years of experience in digital transformation, product management, or agile practice management
• Proven success managing complex products or programs in a matrix organization
• Strong strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and data structures (AI architecture, SQL, API understanding, and data pipelines) is preferred
