Product Manager

Job Summary

As a hands-on Product Manager, the full-time remote position will own early-stage product definition, collaborate with strategic customers to translate workflows into solutions, and drive engineering and design initiatives while influencing teams without formal authority.

Key responsibilities

• Own early-stage product definition from problem discovery to well-articulated PRDs
• Embed with strategic customers to understand workflows and translate insights into product solutions
• Drive engineering and design forward by breaking down complex problems and building alignment

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience at a web-based software company, preferably in a startup environment
• Proven track record of leading high-impact product initiatives through ambiguity
• Ability to influence and align stakeholders across engineering, design, and executive levels
• Strong product sense with a history of finding elegant solutions to product challenges
• Preferred experience in solar, renewables, or energy sectors, or ability to quickly adapt to technical domains
