Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of a scalable cloud-native data platform, the remote Product Manager will define and own the product vision and strategy, advocate for customer needs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch innovative experiences that enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the vision and strategy for the product area, translating customer needs into actionable use cases
• Collaborate with Engineering, Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to design and launch end-to-end customer experiences
• Create and maintain the product roadmap, guiding prioritization and trade-off discussions based on business strategy and customer needs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management
• Experience launching consumer-facing products and working with data, APIs, and systems
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both business and technical audiences
• Understanding of data flows, ETL, APIs, and related technologies
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
