Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the remote Product Manager will manage product development by driving business case growth, understanding customer workflows, and overseeing onboarding processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to business case development by connecting product initiatives to measurable outcomes such as revenue and customer retention
• Understand customer needs and workflows to ensure usability of solutions
• Collaborate with design, analytics, engineering, and in-house experts to deliver timely and effective product solutions

Required qualifications

• At least 7+ years of Product Management experience, including familiarity with structured Software Development Lifecycles (e.g., Kanban, Scrum)
• Experience in building products that utilize components across multiple business lines
• Strong background in customer engagement and management, including gathering requirements and feedback
• Passion for football and a deep understanding of the sports community and culture
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and meeting deadlines
