Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing product team, the full-time Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product requirements, manage the product roadmap, and ensure successful feature launches in a location-neutral work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct merchant interviews and synthesize data to identify customer pain points and prioritize product features
• Maintain and execute a product roadmap while communicating decisions clearly across engineering, marketing, and operations teams
• Analyze product performance using analytics tools to inform decision-making and translate business needs into actionable specifications

Required qualifications

• 2-8 years of product management experience in software development
• Proven track record of shipping software products from concept to release
• Experience in the payments or fintech domain, including knowledge of acquiring and merchant services
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work across multiple teams
• Familiarity with product analytics tools to support data-driven decisions
