Product Manager

Job Summary

As a mission-critical part of a rapidly scaling company, the full-time remote Product Manager will own a product area focused on improving healthcare access and delivery for populations with high healthcare needs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize competing interests and ensure successful product rollouts.

Key responsibilities:

• Owning a product area and prioritizing competing interests to deliver outsized value
• Aligning stakeholders from various backgrounds to create a clear path forward amidst competing priorities
• Capturing business requirements and leading the implementation process for selected software solutions

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of Product Management or related experience
• Extremely clear communicator, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to engage cross-functional stakeholders effectively
• Experience in conducting build-buy analyses for software solutions
• Familiarity with healthcare delivery and value-based care is preferred
