Job Summary

Driving the vision for improved government digital services, the full-time remote Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product goals, scope features, and enhance user experiences for government partners.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and success measures for products and services
• Collaborate with designers and technical leads to synthesize market research and user needs
• Prioritize project direction and scope while ensuring alignment with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• At least three years of experience as a Product Manager leading cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience in running or shipping consumer web applications
• Proven ability to create strong product plans and gain stakeholder buy-in
• Strong understanding of market trends affecting product direction
