Job Summary

To enhance customer experience, the full-time salaried Product Manager will drive the development and adoption of applications by collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with customers, and shaping product strategy in a remote work setting.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with subject matter experts and customers to understand their data workflows and pain points
• Guide the product lifecycle from ideation through development to market launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs
• Build and maintain a product roadmap that reflects the application's vision and strategy while collaborating with sales and customer success teams

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a science or technology-related field or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of experience in product management
• Proficiency in developing Minimum Viable Products that deliver immediate business value
• Strong analytical skills and experience in conducting independent research and user interviews
• Ability to communicate effectively in a remote working environment
