Product Manager

Job Summary

Owning a defined product area within the Ottimate platform, the full-time Product Manager will manage the roadmap and backlog, engage with customers to identify problems worth solving, and collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver impactful solutions in a hybrid remote role based in Kansas City or anywhere in the United States.

Key responsibilities:

• Own the roadmap, backlog, and outcomes for the product area in partnership with engineering and design
• Conduct discovery sessions with customers and internal teams to define well-scoped problems and clear requirements
• Write specifications and user stories, prioritizing tasks and making trade-off decisions throughout the delivery cycle

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or workflow-heavy products
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and measure impact
• Experience engaging with users to ground decisions in evidence
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders
• Comfort with ambiguity and a proactive approach to owning outcomes
