Job Summary

Leading product strategy and team development, the full-time salaried Product Manager will oversee complex product initiatives, manage a team of product owners, and drive collaboration across disciplines in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term product roadmap aligned with business strategy, ensuring effective delivery of product improvements
• Lead team collaboration to prioritize product roadmaps and releases, while engaging with customers to uncover needs and translate them into actionable product hypotheses
• Recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of accountability and operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including roles as a product manager or product owner
• Strong understanding of Agile Product Management principles and iterative development processes
• Proven ability to manage and resolve conflicting priorities effectively
