Product Manager

Job Summary

To define and deliver innovative products that enhance cannabis commerce, the remote Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategy, prioritize initiatives, and optimize user experiences based on customer feedback and market insights.

Key responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmap for marketplace and financial services platforms, prioritizing customer value and business impact
• Lead product discovery efforts, creating requirements and user stories while collaborating with Design and Engineering throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze product performance metrics and industry trends to ensure successful product launches and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of Product Management experience in Software, SaaS, marketplace, fintech, or B2B technology environments
• Proven track record of shipping customer-facing products from concept to scale with a customer-centric mindset
• Strong skills in stakeholder management and translating customer insights into actionable product requirements
• Experience collaborating with Design, Engineering, GTM, and Operations teams
• Ability to use data to inform decision-making and navigate ambiguity effectively
