Job Summary

Driving the strategy and execution of medium-scale products, the full-time remote Product Manager will own the product lifecycle, leveraging AI-driven capabilities to enhance user experience and improve outcomes in mental and behavioral healthcare.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of medium-scale products and features, from discovery through delivery and continuous optimization
• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned to customer needs and market opportunities
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, impactful product experiences

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of product management experience with small to medium-scale products
• Demonstrated experience using data and customer insights to inform product decisions
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven product capabilities
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence diverse stakeholders
