Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of a cutting-edge clinical trial technology platform, the full-time Product Manager will own and prioritize the product backlog, lead Agile ceremonies, and serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the product backlog, defining product vision and roadmap aligned with client needs
• Lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives, in collaboration with engineering and QA teams
• Gather requirements and maintain alignment between clients, internal stakeholders, and cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in product ownership and backlog prioritization
• Hands-on experience leading Agile ceremonies
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams
• Experience with clinical data workflows or regulatory requirements
• Ability to translate complex processes into clear acceptance criteria
