Job Summary

Leading product strategy and team performance, the full-time remote Product Manager will oversee product discovery, manage the product roadmap, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and drive product growth.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the long-term product roadmap aligned with business strategy
• Lead team collaboration to prioritize product releases and manage stakeholder engagement
• Identify and track performance metrics to ensure product health and drive improvements

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 10+ years of relevant business experience, including roles as a product manager or product owner
• Expertise in Agile Product Management and stakeholder management
• Strong understanding of iterative development and software processes
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
