Product Manager

Job Summary

To support the development of PAR OPS, the full-time remote Product Manager will work closely with the Director of Product to define product strategies, conduct market research, and manage product backlogs while leading scrum teams to deliver high-value solutions for the restaurant technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals
• Conduct market and competitive analysis to inform product development and positioning
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

Required qualifications

• 2-5+ years as a software/digital product manager, preferably in a SaaS or enterprise software company
• Experience with geographically distributed teams and Agile development processes, especially SCRUM
• Ability to work US east coast hours while coordinating with Eastern Europe time zones
• Hands-on experience in translating market problems into solution requirements
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
