Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated Product Manager, the full-time remote position will lead the design, development, and delivery of learning and development products while focusing on product strategy, market research, and stakeholder collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a detailed understanding of training software products and perform market research to identify target markets
• Define and prioritize the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders, adapting it based on market conditions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure product features meet customer expectations and assist in coordinating product releases

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 2+ years as a Product Manager or in a similar role within a B2B or B2C SaaS environment
• 2+ years of experience with Agile Software Development Lifecycle in a medium to large software company
• Strong technical background with an understanding of software development and product management
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma is preferred
