Job Summary

Leading product discovery and delivery for emergency response solutions, the full-time remote Product Manager will own the product roadmap, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilize customer insights to drive product decisions and enhance user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product roadmap and shape product direction for emergency response and incident management solutions
• Lead product discovery by synthesizing feedback and data to identify high-impact opportunities
• Communicate product direction and progress clearly to stakeholders across various teams

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience focused on building and scaling software products
• Proven track record of managing complex software systems from discovery through delivery
• Familiarity with products that integrate software and physical systems
• Experience partnering effectively with Engineering and Product Design teams
• Data-informed approach to roadmap planning and prioritization
