Product Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in leading product development, the full-time remote Product Manager will manage a product team to create customer-centric solutions, prioritize development objectives, and drive strategic outcomes through effective collaboration with executives and clients.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to prioritize product development objectives and set the strategic direction
• Interface with clients to identify market problems, test ideas, and ensure product value, usability, and feasibility
• Support product launches through sales readiness, go-to-market activities, and ongoing post-launch efforts

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of software product management experience, including ownership of a product roadmap and backlog
• Demonstrated experience in continuous product discovery, including customer interviews and experiments
• Track record of shipping software products through the full lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
• Experience working within Agile/Lean/Kanban delivery teams as a Product Owner or equivalent
• BA/BS degree required
