Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time salaried Product Manager, the successful candidate will own the OX Engineered Products line, focusing on maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share while working closely with cross-functional teams to translate market needs into product requirements and successful launches.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and champion a long-term product strategy and roadmap based on market analysis and customer insights
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify customer needs and validate product requirements
• Lead the Go-to-Market strategy for new product introductions, including positioning, messaging, and sales enablement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Building Science, Architecture, Business, or a related technical field; MBA is a plus
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management within the building materials or construction industry
• Proven track record of managing products through the entire lifecycle from concept to commercialization
• Strong understanding of building codes and construction practices
• Exceptional analytical and financial modeling skills
