Product Manager

Job Summary

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the remote Product Manager will drive the product roadmap and define innovative features for SaaS employee performance management products while participating in agile development processes.

Key responsibilities

• Own and drive specific product roadmap initiatives for PerformYard SaaS products
• Serve as the product owner on agile scrum teams, maintaining and prioritizing product requirements
• Work closely with stakeholders, customers, and partners to inform the product roadmap and promote the PerformYard application

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of software product management experience, preferably in SaaS
• Proven track record leading AI-powered product development from concept to launch
• Prior experience as a product manager and product owner in an agile/scrum environment
• Experience collaborating with UX/UI designers on product features
• Familiarity with JIRA or equivalent issue management systems for backlog management
