Product Manager

Job Summary

Partnering with customers and cross-functional teams, the full-time remote Product Manager will shape product strategy, lead customer discovery, and deliver impactful solutions in a SaaS environment.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute product strategy by contributing customer insights, market research, and data to product planning
• Lead customer discovery through interviews, research, and feedback to validate problems and opportunities
• Define product requirements by translating customer needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and priorities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 8-10 years of product management experience in a SaaS environment
• Experience leading products through discovery, delivery, and iteration using Agile methodologies
• Strong customer research and product discovery skills
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively across Product, Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams
