Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a curious and experienced Product Manager II, this full-time remote position will lead the development of VPP dispatch controls, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize new product features while uncovering insights from various research methods.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and enhance the core platform for managing distributed energy resources
• Conduct research to identify customer needs and market gaps, and respond to client data requests
• Collaborate with other product teams to deliver on strategic priorities while balancing long-term initiatives with short-term improvements

Required qualifications

• 2-4 years of software product management experience with a track record of delivering business impact
• Experience with electric utilities or IoT, and familiarity with modern grid management tools
• Proven ability to align and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with experience leading complex projects
• Passion for sustainability and renewable energy, along with a growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity
