Job Summary

To support the mission of making evidence-based autism care accessible, the full-time Product Manager will lead a cross-functional team focused on outcomes insights and decision intelligence, helping organizations utilize data to enhance care delivery and reimbursement models in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the product owner for a cross-functional team, collaborating with customer success, design, and engineering
• Lead discovery efforts with stakeholders to understand how outcomes data influences critical decisions
• Translate research insights into actionable product strategies and ensure alignment with operational needs

Required qualifications

• Product Management experience in B2B SaaS or data-driven products
• Strong skills in product discovery and navigating ambiguous problem spaces
• Experience in translating insights into product strategies and executing roadmaps
• Ability to collaborate effectively with design, engineering, and data teams
• Bonus: Experience with healthcare analytics, AI, or clinical data platforms
