Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the CRR engine modernization effort, the full-time salaried Product Manager will lead data strategy initiatives, ensuring regulatory alignment and delivering high-quality data solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ongoing data strategy work to enhance data quality for financial crimes
• Oversee the end-to-end product lifecycle for the CRR engine, from discovery to enterprise rollout
• Manage product backlogs and drive alignment on key decisions with internal stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Management and/or Product Development
• Strong quantitative skills with experience analyzing large datasets and generating actionable insights
• Proficiency in launching software or services in collaboration with engineering teams
• Proven ability to drive results in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities
• Advanced degree in business management, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
