Product Manager

Job Summary

Driving the CRR engine modernization effort, the full-time salaried Product Manager will lead data strategy initiatives for a consolidated data layer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and enhance financial crimes capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead ongoing data strategy work to improve data quality for financial crimes
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle for the CRR engine, ensuring compliant delivery from discovery to rollout
• Drive the creation of golden data sources, ensuring data is standardized and suitable for use across financial crimes platforms

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Data Management and/or Product Development focused on data capabilities
• Strong quantitative skills with hands-on experience analyzing large data sets and generating actionable insights
• Experience launching software or services in collaboration with engineering teams and proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Proven ability to drive results in fast-paced environments and adapt to shifting priorities
• Advanced degree in business management, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
