Product Manager

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Product Manager will drive engineering delivery, clarify requirements, and reverse-engineer system logic while collaborating closely with technical architects and the engineering team to enhance product functionality.

Key responsibilities

• Drive engineering delivery by tracking development timelines and ensuring features are shipped on time and to specifications
• Clarify requirements and write clear product requirement documents (PRDs) by understanding business logic and internal needs
• Proactively reverse-engineer existing system logic to create clear specifications that maintain development momentum

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software product planning or project management
• Familiarity with Scrum and agile development principles, with experience managing a backlog
• Understanding of software development languages and architecture to engage with engineers effectively
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and intermediate-or-above English proficiency for cross-functional communication
• Strong collaboration skills to translate frontline feedback into clear product requirements
