Product Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing initiative in government digital services, the full-time hourly Product Manager will work remotely to define product vision, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive user-centric solutions that enhance the lives of millions of Americans.

Key responsibilities

• Define the vision, goals, and success metrics for products and services
• Collaborate with designers, analysts, and technical leads to synthesize market research and user needs
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize projects and ensure successful product delivery

Required qualifications

• At least five years of experience as a Product Manager with a cross-functional team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Experience running and/or shipping consumer web applications
• Ability to generate strong product plans and build consensus across teams
• Strong bias towards action and capability to execute with incomplete information
