Product Manager

Job Summary

Experienced in product management, the full-time remote Product Manager will define and execute the Employee Communications roadmap, focusing on creating mobile-first conversational experiences for frontline managers and employees post-hire.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with business outcomes and strategic initiatives
• Define and evolve the product vision and strategy, ensuring scalability and integration into the frontline workflow
• Lead product development teams through the full lifecycle of design, development, testing, and release

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in product management, particularly with SaaS or cloud-based enterprise software
• Familiarity with the Talent Management or HR Tech landscape and industry trends
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage a strategic vision
• Experience in guiding partnerships with Engineering, Design, and Marketing teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
