Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and customer-focused Product Manager, the full-time remote role will define product vision, drive roadmap execution, and ensure product investments deliver measurable value while collaborating with cross-functional teams across operations, analytics, engineering, and executive leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with company objectives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
• Own and maintain product backlogs, ensuring priorities are clearly communicated and development-ready

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management or a related product leadership role within a B2B SaaS or healthcare technology environment
• Demonstrated experience owning product roadmaps and delivering customer-facing software solutions
• Strong understanding of product management methodologies and agile development practices
• Proven ability to prioritize competing requests and make data-driven decisions
• Hands-on experience with Jira or similar product management tools
