Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced Product Manager, this full-time remote position will define, prototype, and launch AI-driven products that enhance the workflows of financial advisors while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to transform complex business needs into effective software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product lifecycle from ideation through launch, utilizing a prototype-first approach to validate ideas
• Design the end-to-end user experience for both financial advisors and internal teams, ensuring effective workflows and service delivery
• Use AI tools daily to prototype features, analyze data, and synthesize user feedback for product improvement

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in financial services, wealth management, or fintech
• Direct experience with AI/LLM-powered features or products, demonstrating proficiency in using AI tools for prototyping and automation
• Understanding of the financial advisor ecosystem, including advisory platforms and regulatory requirements
• Proven track record of launching 0-to-1 products and managing existing features effectively
• Experience with agile development methodologies and user research practices
